Acclaim from Dr Craig Russon of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation (sent to Professor Jonathan Morrell, Editor-in-Chief, Evaluation and Programme Planning)

Dear Dr. Morell,
I am writing to congratulate you and Evaluation and Programme Planning on Volume 25, Number 4, entitled UNICEF and UNAIDS Evaluations of HIV/AIDS Programmes in sub-Saharan Africa. The importance of this special issue is that it articulates the African Evaluation Guidelines in a public forum. This has the potential to improve, not only the evaluation of HIV/AIDS programmes, but the evaluation of ALL development interventions on the continent. In my opinion you have performed a valuable service for your readers . . . and the world.

Craig Russon, Ph.D, Evaluation Manager, W. K. Kellogg Foundation
